Wondering what to wear for your Senior Pictures? I love love love this neon pop of color for this outfit. It would be fabulous for your senior pictures, but come on it would also be awesome pretty much anytime. Did you know my favorite color is lime green? I want to add this outfit to my closet now.
Pop of Color for Senior Pictures
Choosing the right color for your senior pictures isn’t easy, I know. But it is so important to pair complementary color, neutrals with coordinating colors and then top if off with the perfect accent of accessories. Once you out that hat or shades on, a whole new attitude will come out of you and really enhance your senior pictures.
Meet the gorgeous and fun OLIVIA! She is a Manatee High School 2014 Senior and she ROCKS! Olivia was expecting her senior portraits to explain her in the best possible way. The locations really helped share who Olivia really is. We chose Downtown Bradenton and the Bradenton River Walk for her senior session. Olivia wanted to incorporate graffiti, water, and an urban feel in her session and the locations we chose in Bradenton really complimented her style. While Olivia would totally suggest the locations to others, she says “it’s about being different and whatever location expresses you.”

Stephanie is a Class of 2013 Early Graduate at Braden River High School. Upon meeting Stephanie I knew her Senior Portrait Session was going to be different, different good. She is an edgy girl and I was excited to show that in her senior photos. Stephanie enjoys photography, cosmetology, and the outdoors. She was going for an urban look for her senior photos, but also wanted to include nature and her outdoorsy-ness (is that a word? it is now).
Maria is a St. Petersburg High School Senior, who used to live in Palmetto, Florida and is originally from Colombia. She used to be involved in softball and rowing. Her hobbies include going to the gym everyday, staying in shape, going out with friends and spending time with her boyfriend (who also came along for support during her senior photo session).
This session has to be one of my favorites, we have been planning it for months. The Rogers’ are practically family so when Gena mentioned me doing Shorty’s Senior Portraits I was ecstatic! So the planning begun. Shorty is big into fishing and most weekends he can be found on his boat. So instead of making him (yes, making him – he does not like pictures) do his session on land I figured lets take it to the water! All that excitement wore off when the day before his session his dad told me what a disaster it would be, how Shorty isn’t a morning person, and hates his picture taken, and on and on… I had my work cut out for me. 5:45 AM rolls around, and I’m headed out the door for his sunrise session, hop on his boat and head to the island. He must have known I meant serious business, because it was anything but disastrous. I even got TONS of smiles from him! Although I had to bribe him a bit towards the end for multiple poses on his boat, he cooperated and I have to say every photo turned out amazing!
Meet Alicia! She is a 2013 Senior from Venice High School. I had such a fun time with this young lady. She mentioned she wanted to include her passion for reading in her senior portraits, so what do I do? Hop on Pinterest and start getting inspiration. I sent her some ideas and it was on! Here she comes walking up to Bayfront Park with piles of books! Most importantly she wanted to include a very special book that has been passed down for generations. How stinkin’ cool?
