Extended Family Photos at Reunion Resort in Orlando
I love meeting people from all over the place, and since living in Orlando I have been contacted more and more about Family Vacation Photo Sessions – and I LOVE IT! They are so much fun! Families are so happy while they are on vacation, so to capture that happiness while the whole family is together having a Magical Time is awesome!
Better late than never… This year I made goal that I wanted to capture my little one’s first year, her growth by taking monthly photos, and everyday moments in between. Although it was hard work, I honored my commitment and have completed her first year series! I’m so glad I did this with her and I wanted to share it with all of you.

This post quickly turned into a 3 part post… so stay tuned for Kayleen’s 1st birthday photo shoot, Kayleen’s Sock Monkey 1st Birthday Party, and my favorite moments of Kayleen throughout her first year.
When we first moved into this house I looked at the big bare wall above my couch and thought a huge canvas needs to go there. Months went by and the wall remained empty, because well… I couldn’t commit to just ONE huge canvas. So then I started thinking, what about a photo wall, done with style. So I convinced my handy husband to build me a few shelves. He had no idea to the extreme I wanted these shelves, he soon found out hehe. Once we got them up, the few frames I had weren’t going to do, so I began collecting frames and ordering photos from my professional lab. The best part is I can switch out the photos when I want.
Since moving to Orlando, I have been dying to utilize the Disney World Resorts for photo sessions. They are magical, colorful, & fun! Best of all there are so many to choose from, each with a very specific style! For Crystal’s family photo session, I choose Disney’s Boardwalk Resort. It has soft pops of colors on the white shops all along the boardwalk. There are lots of different spots that are fairly close in distance that can be utilized during a Disney’s Boardwalk Resort photo shoot, perfect for families with kids. Continue reading →
Faith is a 2014 Lakewood Ranch High School Senior and CZP Senior Rep. She’s also the Captain of the LRHS Varsity Cheer Team. We had a lot of fun with her senior photos. She really wanted to show her bubbly and outgoing personality.
Faith brought along 3 outfits, which was perfect. She was able to show her casual, sporty, and classy look. She didn’t over do it with accessories either. She wanted to keep her looks very natural right down to hair and makeup.
“If you’re doing a more fancy or wedding type session, go and get your hair done. But if its senior pictures, do your hair yourself because that’s how all your friends see you.”
Faith used some clothes she already had, which included her cheerleading uniform and homecoming dress. She did go to Charlotte Russe for the white shirt and brown belt, which was such a great choice. I always like to tell my clients, especially seniors, you don’t have to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. You most likely have the perfect outfit in your closet.
Faith is a beach girl, so that’s why we decided to do her senior portraits on Coquina Beach. It is one of my favorite locations due to the scenery’s variety. Although it was windy we were able to work with it. Faith agrees; it looked kind of cool with her hair blowing in the wind. Not to mention the sunset was gorgeous! I love a great Florida beach sunset.
Faith was really nervous about looking awkward since she had never posed for pictures but they turned out great! She was taking direction and running with it. She is definitely a natural.
“It was a lot of fun and I was very impressed with the outcome!”
Her one piece of advice to give to anyone getting their senior photos taken, “GO TO CHRISTINA Z PHOTOGRAPHY!”
As I mentioned, Faith is a 2014 Christina Z Photography Senior Rep. So be sure to let me know that she’s your friend!
